J.P. Morgan Team Leader interview questions

I attended interview via employee referral, after initial screening through telephone operations round was scheduled and it was taken by two senior managers. I was asked about the custody services as I was attending interview for custody middle office. Also I was asked about my previous experience and how it can support me in the current position.

I had only 2 rounds of interview - One with the hiring manager and with the HR, overall the process was smooth and was a good experience. Mostly situation based questions can be expected in the interview.
