Did the game which didn't really feel like any game I've done before for any other job
Got back to me the same day inviting me to do video interview.
Video interview involved 2 motivation questions and 1 coding challenge. Given the standard 30 seconds to prepare and 3 minutes to answer the question. Given 35 minutes for the coding challenge
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Jan 2020
Interview
Online application, video interview and then assessment centre. There was a bit of a wait between the video interview and the assessment centre. Assessment centre doesn't ask technical questions, it was focused on group work, logical conundrums and your interest in tech.
