I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Glasgow, Escocia) in Nov 2015
Interview
applied online, then I was invited to an interview which had two one-to-one chat.
then got invited to assessment centre containing one written exam, two one-to-one chat, then a group discussion with other candidates.
one-to-one chat focuses very much on determining thought process, teamwork. the written exam is technical, it asked about algorithm, and IT infrastructure questions.
I really enjoyed the entire process, it is very well organised and relaxed, interviewers are from actual technical department, it's great to have a chat with them. It feels more like having an afternoon tea with classmate talking about technology etc. other candidates are all lovely too.
