Campus Process- Aptitude (Simple questions) Group Discussions Interviews (Had only one round of HR)

Formal two step interview. First day was based on basic behavioral/personal questions: When have you been in a situation where a team member was unproductive and how did you handle it? Have you ever been in a situation where you could not meet a deadline? How did you handle it? etc. Second day was on site of company. Two more interviews and a presentation was required.
