Interview
After a phone interview, you'll be notified through email a few days later if you are selected for on-site interview. Went for the interview, which was a rather lengthy process, consisting of a group case presentation where a group of people is randomly allocated with you to study a case and present a recommendation to a group of panel evaluators with Q&A, followed by 2 one-on-one interviews with managers; behavior base & technical base. As long as you come prepared, there is nothing much to worry about. The entire process took about half a day, 3-4 hours

Interview
I did the Spring Technology Insight Programme (five days) and was interviewed at the end of it. Presumably, ongoing evaluation was happening throughout five days. The interview itself was two parts - about an hour each with two people: one asked questions about my technology abilities, one about general competence.
