Quite an interesting process back when I got in. Now it has changed and is only interview based. So they used to give you an eliminator psychometric test. If you passed that then you'd go for a full day assessment at one of their offices. There they would assess your business behavior and technical knowledge. You'd also have to present a project relevant to your future job. You'd get assessed by three/four assessors from different point of views. At the end you'd get a score. Depending on that and the position relative to the other applicants you'd get the job or not.
