The initial phase involved introductions, while the subsequent round allowed five days to complete an assigned task. I successfully fulfilled the task in the second round and presented it during the interview. They were highly impressed by my work, expressing their appreciation for the task’s quality. I felt confident about my chances given the effort I invested. The interview was conducted in person in Coventry and was accompanied by travel challenges, such as missed trains and double ticket purchases due to limited transportation options in Coventry. In spite of these obstacles, I persisted and successfully completed the task. However, despite my dedication and hard work, I ultimately received a rejection. It’s disheartening that recruiters can easily send rejection emails without truly grasping the dedication candidates put into their preparations prior to interviews. The unexpected rejection from a reputable company was truly disappointing. Adding to the disappointment, I was assured reimbursement for my travel expenses, which I have yet to receive. Furthermore, I did not receive any feedback on my interview performance, leaving me frustrated given the considerable effort I exerted throughout the process.
