I applied through their Winning Women's event. I got an email inviting me to the event and accepted. The event was at their headquarters in Newark, DE. There was a panel discussion with other people that were in the program, as well as an opportunity to network with them. There was a tour of their headquarters, and eventually two 30 minute interviews.

Interview
I went for a day long conference/interview. When we got there, they gave us a description of their programs, we worked on a case study with other prospective interns, and we had time to network with people within the company. At the end of the day, we had 2 30-minute interviews. The interviews were mostly behavioral (I didn't get any technical questions) and were pretty conversational, and the interviewers were very friendly.
