Different stages, first they have a briefing about the rundown of the day, then you have a case interview and then another interview more on general interview questions. First interview is with a VP, second interview is with a VP and a director.

Interview
I decided to not go through with the interview after learning that it was one where you have to record yourself answering their questions. You only have 30 seconds or so to prepare your answer and about 10 minutes to answer. I did not want to waste my time answering questions for a company who couldn't even find time to interview me in person.
