I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (New York, NY) in Mar 2011
Interview
They wanted a sense of my level of energy, overall command of the field and just to take a measure of which role I would fit better. So, questions were not narrow technical, but more of general nature, like my previous work and what I was looking for in the new position. My former colleague had referred me and recommended me highly. So, I suppose I was a finalist by the time I showed up.

Question 1
Do you want to be in a technical lead role or project management role?
Four rounds, largely behavioral with a few situational / case-like questions as well. Took a long time to receive offer, but they wanted an answer very quickly upon providing it and also wanted me to start very quickly

Question 1
strengths and weaknesses. How do you handle pressure
I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Londres, Inglaterra)
Interview
Haphazard and frustrating experience. The HR process felt completely broken—communication was poor, and the recruiter assigned to me was frequently unavailable, making it difficult to get any updates. After a long follow-up, the second interview that the hiring manager had requested was abruptly cancelled. Overall, it came across as unprofessional and disorganized.
