The hiring and interview process was extremely easy for me. I completed an online application and received an email from a JPMC recruiter asking me to call and set up a time for a phone interview. The interview itself was pretty easy. The interviewer did not seem to be prepared to talk to me. I could hear him shuffling through papers while figuring out the next question to ask. This is was the only interview I had before being offered a position after about a two week wait.
