The interview was very relaxed. I had two back-to-back interviews on campus with two executive directors. The entire interview process lasted about 1 hour. I received a call two days later telling me that I would be offered a position in the program. Before you have the interview someone is sent out to meet with you who already completed the program. They can answer any questions that you have before you begin your interview or provide any last minute advice.

Applied through my university's career center in September then had a phone interview a couple weeks later. Following the phone interview I was asked to come to the location for a Super Day event.
