I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Newark, DE) in Oct 2015
Interview
Dropped a resume through my school and was selected for an on-campus interview. Had a very good interviewer who was interested in finding out what made me tick. Got the call back about 2 weeks later to come down to Newark for second round of two 30 min interviews. They were held in an open setting in what looked like a seminar room/social space. Got some basic behavioral questions and some non-traditional ones that the interviewers made up themselves. Overall a very positive experience, they cared more about my attitude and personality than what I knew about finance.

Interview
I had one phone interview, got selected to move onto the next round, and got two additional back-to-back interviews at JP Morgan's headquarters. The process was what I would call "traditional", meaning it was a mix of behavioral and technical questions.
