CV submission, video interview, virtual AC via Zoom. Two interviewees over 30 mins each, no technical questions - all just "tell me about a time" etc. Offer ended up going to someone with 2.5 years of full time experience, why JPM allows someone that experienced to apply to internships is beyond me
