Jabil HR Manager interview questions

Phone Screen, plus two rounds of interviews, one with the hiring manager and the other with the ops leader. I was told by the recruiter that I would have feedback and was farther along than other candidates in the second round. Two months later, I see a promotional ad on LI for the same role in Asheville. This was a negative candidate experience and I feel like I dodged a bullet with this one.
