Signed up on careerbuilder and got a sudden phone call by a recruiter a few weeks later. They did a phone interview on the spot with standard HR questions: "Where do you see your self in 10 years?" Went in to the site and got a tour of the facility. Got a phone call a month later saying I got the position!
