Das Gespräch war extrem professionell. Die Leute haben einen beruhigt und viele Verhaltensfragen gestellt. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass sie wussten was sie wie wann fragen wollten. Das gibt einem unter anderem auch den Eindruck einer professionellen Firma, die in junge Talente investiert. Die Fragen waren sehr auf vergangene Erfahrungen im Bezug auf Leiterschaftsfähigkeiten fixiert: Was haben Sie in der Vergangenheit gemacht, um ein Team dazu zu bringen, an einem anderen Projekt zu arbeiten? Wie haben Sie reagiert, als Ihr Chef Ihnen auftrug, etwas ethisch falsches zu tun? Was haben Sie getan, wenn ein Projekt stecken blieb?
Eine weitere Frage war: Warum haben Sie unsere Firma gewählt?

Interview starts with hypervue. Then you wait for a while, and if J&J is interested the recruiter will reach out and setup next steps. The interview questions is straightforward. Sometimes the scheduling can be a bit challenging as they need to get all the panel interviewers calendars to fit. After about a couple of weeks they will let you know if they are moving on or not.
