I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Jan 2016
Interview
All interviews were done through WebEx, which was convenient. But interviews would be scheduled with less than 24 hours notice which was hard to work around with a busy sales schedule. The interviews started off with the general questions but eventually got to questions that were difficult to answer with my level of experience (which is the level they were looking for (1/2 years sales). They would ask the same question in different ways. The panel interview was intended to intimidate. Advice: Practice answering the hardest questions you can find regarding sales experience even if they seem unreasonable.
I applied online. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Cleveland, OH) in May 2026
Interview
Very demanding interview process. Multiple rounds with different individuals. Be ready to answer anything. I prepped as much as anyone could and still got hit with some curveballs. The hiring teams were always very friendly but they know what they want.

Interview
Interview process was amazing. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable and eager about the company and the work that they do . This seems like a very well rounded company that I would highly recommend to anyone considering a career in medical device.

Interview
The interview process was very long and "by the book." The team is awesome to interact with however and easy to talk to. You certainly need to study material in advance and be prepared for some challenging questions.
