Johnson & Johnson Co-Op interview questions

Had a virtual screening, then a panel interview. I really hate recorded video interviews, and I think it’s an incredibly lazy way to screen candidates. This particular session asked essentially the same question 3 times. Thankfully I moved on to the next phase, but it’s easy for a candidate’s personality and experience to not come through in a virtual screening.

Very well thought out. While direct and to the point it was an easy flowing conversation. Interviewer was great at making me feel comfortable and display confidence in myself. I enjoyed it.
