Informal, then formal with competencies. Then real world scenarios followed by a practical demonstration of project management skills with existing staff. Split up into 3 separate parts but all on the same day.

It was fast and professional. The questions were pretty easy and relevant to the job, the interviewer was professional and easy to talk to during the week interview process. The interview was quick and answered all my questions.
