KPMG interview questions

Three interview rounds were conducted, with the final round involving the hiring manager to assess the candidate’s overall fit, relevant experience, communication style, and alignment with the team’s goals, work expectations, and the organization’s culture and values.

Consists of two interview rounds: Round 1 - 30 minute behavioural, 30 minute case interview. Behavioural will ask around 5 preset questions from a list of 20 questions. Case interview consists of 3 mini case formats - interviewer led now. Round 2 - 24 hour case presentation. You will be given a case with datasets and prompts. You must come up with a presentation to present next day to a board of consultants.
