Kaiser Permanente Applications Development Lead interview questions

Found the opening through their jobs website. In person interview with a panel. Overall, interview was pleasant and straightforward. Most of the questions revolved around team building, handling difficult situations and people. Was also asked about achievements with current employer and projects/products that I consider a success. Was also asked why those projects were my favs, my contribution to the projects.
