I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Aurora, CO) in Jan 2012
Interview
The interview process consisted of about 5-7 questions that could be answered without preparation. There was nothing probing or anything requiring thoughtfulness. When I asked about the culture to the hiring Director she didn't really have an answer or else didn't know what the culture is. I had the same experience when asking about the vision of the group. This should have been a warning, but I accepted the position anyway and was bored out of my mind and only stayed about 1 year.

The interview process consisted of an informational interview, and interview with the future supervisor and colleague, and a final interview with the supervisor and senior leader.
The interviewers were very personable and the interview itself felt more like a conversation than an “interrogation”. Very smooth process.
