Kaiser Permanente Consulting Services & Project/Program Management (Non-IT) interview questions

I had my very first interview coming out of college with Kaiser, for their pathfinder program and I have to say it the very fist step of the interview was easy because you just have to talk about yourself (resume, college projects, experience, etc). However, it has been almost a month and have not heard back , despite reaching out my recruiter.
