I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Large group and panel interview. They have a basket of questions written on pieces of paper which they send around the room and everyone grabs a question to answer. Afterward they give you a few minutes to “interview” the person next to you and you both will stand up and explain why they would be a good candidate to the panel. Incredibly nerve wrecking, but not a bad interview process when you think about it

Basic interview process, in person and over zoom. Three part interview with supervisor with manager and team lead. Business casual attire. Basic competency tests and quizzes to complete to advance to next steps
2 step process with 3 interviewers. Took the time to get to know the candidates and asked open ended questions. Tried to look for personable candidates that are dynamic and capable of being placed in a variety of work environments
