It was very long process with many interviews over and over again. I had in total of 5 interviews and at the end, they never got back to me even though they said they would because I was waiting on the other offer as well.

Interview
Video interview. On the fly scheduling. Had 4 people total interviewing me via video chat. It went very well and I was easily able to provide details of my experience. They asked me questions about my current jobs procedures.

They asked about a time I had someone upset or frustrated and I was able to calm them. They asked what my boss would say my weaknesses and strengths are.

Interview
I was contacted via email by talent acquisition stating that my resume was being forwarded to the hiring manager and I would be contacted soon. 2 weeks later the hiring manager emailed me to set up an interview. Included in the email was all the info for the position such as salary, schedule, and a pdf of the benefits package. 2 weeks later the hiring manager emailed me to set up an interview (provided several days/times to choose from). The interview was on Microsoft Team and 2 hiring managers interviewed me for about 45 mins.

They asked several questions like (tell us about you most difficult client, how did you manage conflict with colleague, provide a vignette and asked to give my thoughts on it) . Then asked if I had any question and asked me to email 3 references. I received a call 2 weeks later from talent acquisition offering me the position.
