I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Fresno, CA) in Sep 2021
Interview
I applied in September of 2021 and then about a month later I got a call from the staff assistant to set up a video interview with two of the department managers. Questions were easy and straight forward. About 5 mins after I got off video chat with the managers one of them called me back and offered me the position. In all interview process was quick but the actual hiring process took almost a month for them to complete. I guess they like to take to their sweet time but luckily I was still at my old job and had given them a 30 day notice or else I would've been in a pickle.

What are your strengths and weaknesses?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente
Interview
Three rounds of interviewing, two with the manager and one with the PI. Advocate for yourself based upon the job description. The interview process was virtual, easy and accommondating. I recommend being familiar with the research study and prepared for questions regarding the study.
The process consists of: 1 information interview, behavioral interview, 1 written case
The overall process was good but it took over 2 months to hear the results back. Interviewers were nice and the whole process went smoothly but very slow in terms of results.
