I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Feb 2022
Interview
The most dehumanizing interviewing process I have ever experienced.
To keep it short, I applied for the position and got an email back a week or so later. They sent me a questionnaire; I filled it out. Afterwards, I was sent a Google invite for a video conference and interviewed with two people.
The two people I interviewed with were very nice. The interview went fairly decently, and I was requested to send in some work samples and then informed I would have an at-home task to complete. I send in the work samples. And get no response, for 3 weeks.
After sending two emails and an email to the recruiter that originally contacted me, I finally get a response with the at-home task on a Wednesday afternoon. They have the audacity to give me a deadline to finish it by that same FRIDAY THAT WEEK after having ignored me. Regardless, I finish the task anyway, begrudgingly.
Again, I'm ignored for a couple of weeks. Finally, I get a response, and am told "We really appreciate your effort, but could you do this again, but in this way? And create another 10 slide presentation from scratch? And by the way, it's also due by Friday of this week. And at that point, you'll maybe get a panel interview to present it for us."
By that point, I was done. It sounded like a cool position, but unfortunately, the lack of organization and consideration for prospective employees really showed.

Not too difficult, just wanted an estimate of availability and wanted to make sure all requirements were met. They asked about school schedule and discussed what shifts were available. It was over the phone.
