Kaiser Permanente interview questions

Had a great conversation with recruiter. She has lots of great information on the role and company. We had a great rapport and she mentioned how well of a fit I was with the organization’s mission and values. Then I was ghosted a day before an on site meet of the team. I found out three months later after digging as to what happened. Apparently they hired a person who had originally declined the role.
