It is a series of questions you answer on a phone call with an automated person. From there they contact you to set up an interview . It's hard to get in with the company due to how they pick people to interview.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Kaiser Permanente is awful. They will only hire Temps or contractors. I was one for 7 months. Then got hired after nailing their interview. Which I must say was stressful because everyone wanted a job and few got hired. They string you along, but act like you haven't worked there for the LAST 7 MONTHS. DON'T DO IT. WALK AWAY.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
It started with a questionaire and responded. The recruiter scheduled time to talk. Was disappointed that they couldn’t remember getting it. The interview was awkward and the recruiter was not prepared
