Kaiser Permanente interview questions

I was emailed to set up the interview. The in person interview was casual and to the point. I feel that I was able to be myself and accurately portray myself.

The interview consist of phone interview with the hiring manager and video interview with the panel. I interviewed in Nov and literally a day later the hiring manager went on a sick leave for almost a month and half. I didn’t not know this until I reached out to one of the hiring team member and asked for an update. He said that they needed to wait until she comes back to the office which was not until the beginning of January to proceed with the hiring decision . Reached out to her and the hiring team when she go back and did not get a response back. I decided to reach out to the recruiter for an update and she notified me right away that they extended an offer to someone else. I was really upset because they really wished the hiring manager or the interview could have been more considerate and let me know when i had initially reached out to them. The whole interview experience was very disappointing.
