Kaiser Permanente Intern - Hourly interview questions

Super easy, I was located far away so we did 2 phone interviews instead of an in person interview. At first I was surprised that they were comfortable hiring me based on a phone interview but once I was hired I realized why. Almost all meeting occur over the phone and not in person.

Interviewed with a panel of 4 people, 3 from the internship team and 1 from HR. They all took turns and switched off asking me their own questions while all taking notes as I answered the questions. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. While they asked a lot of questions, they also told me a lot about the company and answered my own questions.
