Kaiser Permanente interview questions

A panel of over 6 people, in-person, in a conference room. People from within the dept and out of the dept. Circle, scripted interview, disconnected, some were eating while there.

Inital phone screen with Talent Acquisition with basic background information to pass to the hiring team. Then in-person PowerPoint presentation with department heads followed by STAR interview questions. Process was very slow after the interview. Took about 8 months.
