I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Corona, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
First you take a test online that will screen some people out. Next you will get a phone call and will be asked to come in for a group interview. After the group interview, they will eliminate some and give a one-on-one interview.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Pasadena, CA)
Interview
First there was a panel telephone conference, then an inperson panel interview. Final decision took quite some time as did the paperwork, health screen, etc. But the compensation plan made the delays worth it.

Question 1
How would you handle (this particular impossible situation)? Several 'how would you handle..." questions. This is still done today, to see if a particular individual #1 has the appropriate knowledge to work in our field, but also to see how they will fit in. We are very much a team and need to function that way.
After reaching out to HR through the website, I was quickly emailed by a physician recruiter. Next steps included a phone interview with HR. She sent out my CV/cover letter to the sites I was interested in. Also required 3 letters of recommendation. I was then contacted by interested sites for a phone interview and then on-site interview. On-site interview included tour and physician interviews.
