Informal interview. Felt more like I was being told about the position. We talked about my resume for a bit and what I wanted out of it and then they told me about what the team does and what my role would be.

Interview
Before you interview you must take an EKG test at human resources. No appointment is required. They take a week to correct it. Then they call you to notify you if you passed. You must wait until a Unit Director reviews your application and test results to set up an interview. Many never get that opportunity. Once you get an interview you are interviewed by Charge Nurse and Director. Should take bring to interview copies of references, resume and cover letter. It willtakes two weeks for them to tell you if they hired you.

Interview
The interview was two rounds and both were in-person interviews. I met several team members and they asked me various behavior-based questions. Some were typical questions that I get asked in almost all interviews and then some were also based on my future goals and how well I plan to stay with this team.
