I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Oct 2015
Interview
The response was quick. All tests and processing of information was online or on the phone. The personality test was awkward. The drug screen information was sent via email and was straight forward. The backround check was quicker than expected. All credentials were sent via email also. Everythingwas straight forward except when I was told the position was given to someone internal and that I had to wait for that persons position to be posted with different hours.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Portland, OR) in Mar 2016
Interview
Kaiser Permanente first focused on a phone interview try the HR department to begin the screening process. This interview was completely behavioral (strengths, weaknesses, etc.). Following this, there was a second round interview conducted with my manager. He asked for more specific questions about me, my prior experience, and why I would be a good fit at this company.
