I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Lengthy, phone interview and online testing preceded one day-long, personal interview: 2 rounds of Q's & A's with company officials, HR representatives and union reps. The online tests were not designed to reflect nature of job applied for; several questions (i.e., mathematics) were wholly irrelevant to job.

Question 1
I'm concerned that being you come from West Virginia, you won't be open-minded enough for this position. Convince me that you will be open-minded enough.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA)
Interview
Got called about the position, and got the job offer in 36 hours! Incredible turn around! There were two interviews, one behavioral over the phone and one panel. Most of the questions were general behavior questions. I had to do my panel over WebEx since I was still in university, but they were very understanding and cooperative.
