I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Corona, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Online applied 12/9 and assessment completed that Saturday. Received two calls and then scheduled for group interview with 8 other people at call center in Corona for 1/7/16. Arrived on time and was kept waiting with other candidates over 30 minutes past scheduled interview time with no information or updates while waiting. Then we are all summoned past front door and into small conference room and we are greeted by 3 people (a blond African American woman) a bald older caucasian thin man and another Caucasian man with a chin beard that only provide first names. We are seater and they ask us to read the first pageof a printed handout with about 6 pages. One of the center seated people describe the position, pay, and amount of calls center answers. Questions are not to be asked until end of sections are completed or time has been alloted per panel of screeners. Print and sign name on page one. Then turn to page two. Then one by one stand up and introduce by providing name. Read first question and answer: provide a quality in your current or past position that would help in the Role you are applying for? Second part of question. When or how often are given feedback in a current or past position how do you feel about it? Then completed by everyone: turn to page two. Please rearrange yours lives by last name in alphabetical order and team up with person next to you. Then take the time to ask them 2 of 4 selected questions. Then starting from first to last present the question and answer me to group. A. When would you think it an acceptable reason to miss work? And 3 other vague questions. Then you finish the rest of the pages which are behavioral questions. At some point the hiring manager slipped into the room and was not introduced until 30 minutes after sitting in the corner to observe. The panel was impersonal very unfriendly and felt like a parole hearing. Kaiser expectations are big on attendance and punctuality in this role and call center but they seem to not display that same courtesy to canidates.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
See above but the final one was why should Kaiser pick you to work for them.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Jun 2012
Interview
Long and drawn out, and behavioral questions, five people asking you questions very intimidating. That is all I have to say, I worked there for 14 years after that.

Question 1
Tell me about a time, when you had a conflict with on of your co-workers?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Woodland Hills, CA) in Dec 2014
Interview
I applied for the position November 23 and received a call for an interview December 7. The interview itself was great, I met directly with the hiring manager who was very nice and we went over my resume. The interview took at the most 20 minutes or at least it felt that way and the manager made me feel relaxed and welcomed. I was told I would be contacted by Friday of that week by email as they had more interviews to conduct. Friday came and went with no call back, I figured they chose another candidate, which was a little disappointing. But much to my surprise on December 15 I recieved a call with an offer of employment. Which of course, I happily accepted.
