Kaiser Permanente interview questions

Very formal interview. Was interviewed by two people, one being the pharmacy supervisor, asked about previous work experience and my overall flexibility. Came early and was able to start the interview early and make sure to show charisma when speaking. No one likes a dull interview.

The interview was time consuming process; First initial screening was done by HR, and it was -on-1 with hiring manager. After completing 1-on-1 with hiring manager, 3 people panel interview. They interviewed about 1 hour. During interview they asked me to draw on the board about a design of an application.
