I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview process was about 3 weeks. First there was a phone interview where they asked basic questions. Then there was a panel interview with the charge nurse and the hiring manager. They took turns asking questions and they were very positive. They said I did great and that they didn't see a reason as to why I wouldn't get hired. A week later they sent me an email stating I didn't get the job.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2015
Interview
Kaiser had a long interview process. Three part interview. I flew from another state, into to California for this interview. The first part was a phone screen, then panel interview, then a final interview by the department head.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Corona, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
The First process is you get an email inviting you to take 5 different test. From typing, personality test, math, grammar, and customer service. The test is long, it takes about an hour and a half to two hours depending on you. At the end of the test depending how well you do it will say your a match and that a recruiter should contact you.
Within one week the recruiter contacted me for an interview. Basically it's two managers interviewing you and they both take turns asking you questions. They right everything down. There is hardly any eye contact. This experience was different. They ask A LOT of behavioral questions.
