Typical sit down, tell me about yourself and your skills, what are your strengths, weaknesses, what is your five year plan. what computer programs have you used, showed me around, introduced me to possible coworkers. Then brought me back into her office and said everything looked good as long as my background/drug screen came back clear, the job would be mine.

Interview
2 day interview. Included tour of the facilities. Was able to meet many of the specialists and upper management. Was required to give a formal presentation. I was provided a great deal of information about the company, its core values and approach to practice. I was also given the opportunity to ask a variety of questions. The interview considered both my professional experience but also my personality type and assessment of how I would fit in with the existing team members as well as how my own personal values and approach to practice matched with theirs.
