I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2014
Interview
The interview was pretty straight forward and formal. It was focused on my personality traits and work experience to gauge whether I'd be a good fit for the department. They also asked what drew me to the company and why I do the work I do. It wasn't the hardest interview, but it's best to be prepared by knowing the company's mission and function, and being confident in the skills you have.
