After you apply, you receive an email from HR to fill out a form about your qualifications. The next email will let you know a date and time on a phone interview HR will give you several dates to chose from, after the phone interview the representative will tell you that he is sending your application to the appropriate department for a formal interview.

Interview
I applied and was interviewed for a Senior Business Analyst position with an executive director. I was interviewed again 2 months later for the same position by four people, one of which was an executive director. I received an offer shortly after that for a Business Analyst position, which I accepted. I was later told that the positions were restructured.

Interview
Phone interview first: asking general questions like work experiences, bilingual abilities, worst situation at previous work and how you've handled it.
Group interview: about 25 applicants, picking random questions and answer it right away.
Panel interview: with two managers, 10-15 questions about clinical skills.
