I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (San José, San José)
Interview
The first technical round is really good and asked really clearly, also they made select one question test, I passed that round without issues. The final interview gets difficult because of the pronunciation of certain people (not from US) that is in the final round of the recruitment process.

Question 1
As I said, I had to be constantly guessing what was the question more than twice, because the English was very bad, however, I remember on question related of how to address communication when different teams dont want to execute their part of the process in a timely matter.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA) in Dec 2025
Interview
The process included an initial call with a recruiter (standard screening questions) followed by an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was very polite and attentive to detail. She had a detailed list of questions that were aligned with the role, so the interview was definitely focused and productive.

Question 1
There were more than a dozen questions - either focused on my previous experience or situational (related to the job description)
I had an interview with the hiring manager and she moved me to the next round. In the next round, I interviewed with someone who asked me about experiences that weren’t mentioned in the job description and which I didn’t have. So the interview went quickly. I wasn’t surprised to not move forward but I didn’t hear back at all, which was not appreciated after having gone through a couple of rounds of interviews.
