Kaiser Permanente interview questions

The interview was smooth and easy. It had couple of scenario questions and many with personality questions. There were 4 people interviewees. They were really nice. I was a new grad nurse and they made me feel comfortable in the interview.

The interview was straightforward. I was offered a seasonal position which lasts 6 months and is non-benefited. I was asked about my strengths and weaknesses, what is culturally competent care, and what does good patient care look like.
