Kaiser Permanente interview questions

I had applied for 2 jobs. Interviewer was disturbed I had applied for 2 jobs. While she promised to follow up, she never did. I worked instead at another hospital for 5 yes through the pandemic

Overall, bad experience. I applied on their website around mid-Oct 2023. HR contacted me for a phone interview about 2 days later. She said the management team would contact me in about 1 week after that. However, I waited until later in Nov 2023 for their manager to reach out for a virtual interview with 5 more team members. I got the interview at the end of Nov 2023. They did not let me know the decision and when I checked in with them about 2-3 weeks later, they said they were waiting on the final 2024 Budget Allocation. After that, they ghosted me and I found out their decision through the status on the website by the end of the year.
