Kaiser Permanente interview questions

The hiring manager scheduled a 30 minute interview with me. They asked informal questions to gather more information regarding my experience and why I'm interested in the position. This interview was used to gauge the potential candidates fit with the hiring manager and weed out potential candidates that the hiring manager didn't want to advance to the second interview which would've been a panel interview.

It was a hiring fair. The interview took about 30 minutes. It was a group interview with four other people. There were two nurse managers interviewing us from different departments.
