Interview
About a month after applying, I was emailed to come in for an in-person interview. I spoke to the talent coordinator casually about my interests and hobbies outside of work, then the PM. came in along with another colleague. I was asked a series of typical interview questions and they recorded each of my answers down on a sheet of paper. They then gave me more details about the position, pay, and hours. They told me that I should expect a call or email from Talent Aquisition if they decide to go through with me or decline me. The next day I got a call offering me the job.

Question 1
Asked a lot of customer service related questions. Why do you want to work for Kaiser?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Washington, DC) in Mar 2019
Interview
Standard interview process, 3 rounds. One with recruiter, one with intern program leads, last round with manager of department. If intern program leads think you’d be a good fit for multiple departments, there’s a possibility you would interview with those different departments to possibly get an offer.
I interviewed at multiple locations in the Bay Area. I would say the substance use clinics were a great experience but not the general clinics. The general clinic did not give time to ask questions.
