A lot of interviews including HR screener, panel interviews and three 1:1 interviews. There was also a writing assessment. The interview process took too long and I accepted another position. Fine line between finding the right fit for a position and going through processes. If you can attract talent that you like and can get the job done then do your best to onboard them quickly.
