I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2018
Interview
There was an initial phone interview by Human Resources to discuss job history and qualifications. Once "approved" it was followed by a scheduled panel interview, consisting of peers, charge nurses, the department manager, and the educator.
interviewed with recruiter, then separate interview with Principle investigator and other team member. multiple interviews, somewhat conversational interview style. come prepared with good questions to ask and do your research.

I applied online. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Jun 2022
Interview
The company sends invitations to submit online interviews within a couple of days. The candidate logs into a link where brief written questions are posed. The process takes about a minute. I've completed several of these over many months, and never get closure.

Question 1
Very generic questions, none of a technical nature. I've done several of these in response to KP job postings. All ask if the salary range is acceptable, and whether the candidate understands proof of Covid 19 vaccination might be required. A question occasionally asked is about willingness to locate near the office.
